On G-compactness of topological groups with operations

چکیده

One can notice that if X is a Hausdorff space, then limits of convergent sequences in give us function denoted by lim from the set all to X. This notion has been extended Connor and Grosse-Erdmann an arbitrary linear functional G defined on subspace vector space real numbers. Following this idea some authors have concepts G-continuity, G-compactness G-connectedness topological groups. In paper we present results about group with operations such as groups, rings without identity, R-modules, Lie algebras, Jordan algebras many others.

Polish Groups Topological Groups a Topological Group Is a Group G with a Topology on G for Which the Operations

These notes introduce the reader to Polish groups|topological groups in which the underlying space is Polish. No background in topological groups is assumed, but I will present the material fairly rapidly and leave quite a lot for the reader to check on his or her own. My main motivation for writing such notes arises from the applications and connections in model theory, where closed subgroups ...

G-compactness and groups

Lascar described EKP as a composition of EL and the topological closure of EL ([1]). We generalize this result to some other pairs of equivalence relations. Motivated by an attempt to construct a new example of a non-G-compact theory, we consider the following example. Assume G is a group definable in a structure M. We define a structure M′ consisting of M and X as two sorts, where X is an affi...

Absolute countable compactness of products and topological groups

In this paper, we generalize Vaughan’s and Bonanzinga’s results on absolute countable compactness of product spaces and give an example of a separable, countably compact, topological group which is not absolutely countably compact. The example answers questions of Matveev [8, Question 1] and Vaughan [9, Question (1)].

Coverings and crossed modules of topological groups with operations

It is a well-known result of the covering groups that a subgroup G of the fundamental group at the identity of a semilocally simply connected topological group determines a covering morphism of topological groups with characteristic group G . In this paper we generalize this result to a large class of algebraic objects called topological groups with operations, including topological groups. We ...

ALMOST S^{*}-COMPACTNESS IN L-TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

In this paper, the notion of almost S^{*}-compactness in L-topologicalspaces is introduced following Shi’s definition of S^{*}-compactness. The propertiesof this notion are studied and the relationship between it and otherdefinitions of almost compactness are discussed. Several characterizations ofalmost S^{*}-compactness are also presented.
